Self appreciation

Randomly remembered a strength I have that I used to brush it off whenever they mentioned:

I can make very organised and clear notes just at first shot, from being the recorder in a (mock) CPR to plotting a full history of a complicated case who showed up for their first visit. Honestly I thought my notes were kind of messy, but my groupmates said they were super clear and relied on my notes to present our cases- and they did that fluently while reading my notes first time! (Vouched by groupmates who were the resuscitation team leaders during the exam and one who was late to clerking so he genuinely didn't catch the history)

I felt proud that I can be of great help. And it was pretty effective to be partnering with people who were verbally good. And they trusted me! (For the CPR, I admit I initially was lowkey worried that I was being kind of excluded since they kept assigning me to be the recorder instead of switching roles like how the rest were doing- it felt remotely similar to how I was treated in primary school so... I mean I didn't need to do the physical work so it's fine, and during wrap up they praised my notetaking genuinely, so I realised they actually like me hehehe)

And I think I should notice and jot down my strengths more.

Update 25 May:

Recalled another strength: I can pick really suiting glasses for people at first sight. Ngl I think I would work well in an optical shop :))

Another one: I can memorise roads that I took just once to get my way back. Doesn't work on roads that are too similar or too long though. Saved my travel pals several times in a hurry, or when the batteries on ALL our gadgets died including my watch lmao. I suspect it was trained from mining in Minecraft in my younger years.
